Whats next? Giveaway!

I have an excuse to why my new layout and updates took so long. two Wednesdays ago my leg started to hurt when I touched it, it sort of looked like a pimple was emerging. The next evening I noticed that the area around the ‘pimple’ was extremely swollen and red not to mention I was walking like a penguin due to the pain. I showed my mom and she decided to take me to the emergency room since my doctor would not be in the office due to the Jewish Holiday. The Emergency Room doctor told me it was most likely to be a cut that was infected and so they treated the swollen area like a MRSA infection. The doctor prescribed be 2 different antibiotics. For the past week I’ve been forced to learn to swallow pills and other gross antibiotics.
A couple of days later I developed a fever blister around my lips, I’ve had this many times before that doesn’t make it any easier to deal with. My lips became swollen and I was talking funny, it went away quickly because I applied medication on it regularly. After my fever blister cleared up I woke up with a really itchy rash all over my body. My mom called by doctor but It was early on a Saturday morning so he was not in the office. I took another trip to the ER. This time the nurse took my vitals and told me she would put me on an IV. The second she told be that I automatically started to cry hysterically, I have a huge fear of needles not to mention pain. After they “calmed me down”, stuck the needle in my vain and gave me medicine for an allergic reaction I felt a lot better. It turns out that the rash was cause by an allergic reaction from the first antibiotics. I stayed home from school today because I got all red and itchy. Tomorrow I will return to school and hopefully things will get better.
If I grossed you out, I’m sorry. The updates are all scanned and I will post them soon. The new layout is simple and was put up because I could not stand to look at the other layout one more time.

I think it’s pretty immature as well. Though in my high school, everyone was very accepting. It was just that there were distinct groups and people fit into a certain group. I remember when I was a lot younger though, I might have been a bit of a snob because I had this club with my friends and we wouldn’t let people join if they didn’t fall under a criteria. XD
I see what you mean! To each her own. I might group someone somewhere but it doesn’t mean that I don’t be friends with them either.
I’ll tell you it’s a lot better in university now; no one is judged and everyone is all friendly.
I hope you feel better soon! That rash doesn’t sound too pleasant. I’ve never had a reaction to antibiotics. When I have an infection I pretty much rely on them and depend on them to get better!
I dislike needles but I can sort of stand them. You’re not the only one who doesn’t like needles though – sometimes, it just has to be done.
I won’t be entering your competition but if I remember I’ll tr and promote it. I’m sure you’ll find someone deserving of the prize!

Oh gosh… all that chain reaction stuff because of pimple thing on your leg. I’m sorry you had to go through so much these few days. I hate swallowing pills, too
Ergh… blisters and rashes? Does your body start all these weird conditions once a single little condition form? lol but I’m glad you feel a lot better now ;] I hate those drips, too. They scare the heck out of me… thank goodness I’ve never been admitted into the hospital.
I don’t think I’ll be entering the competition; some people need to enter more than I do and I wouldn’t know what do to with hosting and a domain anyways xP BUT I already sent a retweet chain advert on twitter ;P I’ll make sure it’s heard, Jessica =D

While reading that, I automatically thought: reaction to antibiotics. It seems like perhaps doctors everywhere have been over-prescribing them or something. Everyone seems to have a antibiotics-involved horror story. I’m just really glad I don’t get sick that often! Hope you’re doing better now though
