About Jessica

My name is Jessica. I was born and raised in New York. I’m currently in my junior year of high school. My favorite subjects are Math and History. I despise any science class, although I do like my chemistry teacher; he’s pretty funny. The only class I hate more then science happens to be gym due to my two left feet and terrible coordination. History interests me and comes naturally; sophomore year I scored a 97% on my history regents.

I’m fluent in Italian. I have traveled to Italy 5 times in my life; my most recent trip was in late June of 2009. Ironically I can’t stand to eat pasta and hate cheese; however, I love Spanish and Chinese food. I guess just eating pasta almost everyday really gets to you.

I adore shopping. My favorite hang out is the mall and any shopping center. I can spend hours shopping with my friends. My favorite stores are: Forever 21, Delia’s, Charlotte Russe, H&M, Wet Seal, Urban Outfitters, and Nordstrom I also enjoy shopping at Target. Some of my favorite brands and designers are: Kathy Van Zeeland, Steve Madden Free People and Vigoss.

I listen to various types of music; my favorite genres include: country, techno, pop, hip-hop, rock and most rap. Some of my favorite bands and singers are: Taylor Swift, Brad Paisley, Danielle Peck, The Academy is.., Sugarland, Basshunter, Beyonce, Bowling for soup, Britney Spears, Eminem, Evanescence, Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Gloriana, Hellogoodbye, Infernal, Josh Groban, The Killers, Lady Gaga and The Pussycat Dolls.
Music is very important to me; I almost never leave home without my I-Pod and am constantly looking to expand my playlists.

I love to watch movies as well, some of my favorites are: The 10 Things I Hate about You, The Notebook, Titanic, The Time Travelers Wife, A Walk to Remember, I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry and so much more. As you can tell I’m a sucker for romance movies and I love comedies. If I am not watching movies then I’m watching one of my favorite shows like: Gossip Girl, 90210, Melrose Place, Glee and Vampire Diaries.

I really like to read. There are so many books I plan on reading. If anyone ever has a suggestion on a book please feel free to contact me.
