First impression

Very organized and clean.

Layout and Coding

The layout is very simple, I like it. The dark violet pattern was a good choice. I like the CSS as well, the sidebar is organized well, I really like the content boxes in the sidebar. Other CSS effects such as the header and links stand out well. I’m not too found of the header text, I don’t really like the combination of the two colors used in the site title and description.

Content

The page is well written. The only thing that didn’t sound right to me is this sentence
“If report cards ever come out I made sure they have to be all A’s. “ I think it sounds better like this,
“When report cards come out I make sure that I received all A’s. “

Hosting

I found it a bit strange that Jea Marie offers her sub domain hostees unlimited sub domains considering that her sub domain hostees do not have cpanel access. In order to give a hostees unlimited sub domains they must have cpanel access, unless she means that they may have as many sub domains hosted with her, in which case I suggest clarifying it, because most people will believe they will be able to create unlimited sub domain from their sub domain.

In addition there is a random “<" before the form. I think that this might have been a mistake.

I believe that this link should be changed to “Home”. Home sounds alot better then clear.

Creativity

Considering that this is a blog and no graphics or resources are offered it is hard for me to judge the website on creativity.

Overall

The website is very organized. Honestly I would never guess that this website was owned by a ten year old. No offence to anyone who is ten and owns a website, I’ve just never seen such a young person own such an organized blog. I commend Jea Marie on that.

Suggestions

• Clarify what “unlimited sub domains” means. If that means that a website owner may have as many website as they would like then just state that.
• Although it is not a major problem, like I said, I think that the section “clear” should be “home”.
