First impression

The layout being used seems to be a premade. I like the name “Gossip over Coffee” for a blog, it makes scenes.

I’m not a big fan of the layout .The color used and the design seems a little to unoriginal.I wont go into further detail scince the layout was not

“birthdate:” should be ”Birth date:” or “Birthday”

“basecodes then?” should be ”base codes then?”

“blogroll?” should be ”blog roll?”

“google” should be ”Google”

the sentence “You can google for tutorials like what I did.” sounds better phrased like “You can google tutorials like I did.”

The about page seems to be really informative, the F.A.Q is a great addition.

Perks

I’ve never seen a visitor section titled “Perks.” The title “content”, “visitor” or “resources  would be a better title and visitors would not get confused.

Tricia offers articles and poetry which I will not be reviewing.

Desktop Wallpapers
There are two desktop wallpapers offered. The first one, I find to be a bit confusing as it seems that there is not space between the words, example. The other wallpaper is rather simple.

Side Note: I’m getting really annoyed by the consent pop up that shows up every time I click on a linkexample and of the every page with in the site open up to a new tab.

Application Downloads
This section is a list of scripts/applications. This section would fit better under the “about” section.

Wordpress Themes

There is nothing to review here since the themes  are just links to other website which offer themes.

Wordpress Plugin

Same comment given to application downloads.

Creativity

Considering that this is a blog and no graphics are offered it is hard for me to judge the website on creativity.

Overall

The site seems to be a well put together blog with a few needed tweeks.

Suggestions

• Remove the pop up that shows up every time a link is clicked, it became extremely annoying during the visit.
• Only links which bring visitors to website other then your should open up in a new window. All links which go to a link with in your website should not. Remove the “target=”_blank” from the link codes for this not to happen.
• Move the download applications and plugins to the about section.
• I feel that the title for “perks” is confusing to visitors and that “visitor” or “resources” should be used instead.
